Shipping Policy

Bare Moxie™ provides FREE shipping for domestic ground/economy shipments of purchases greater than $100. If your purchase is under the $100 minimum, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost approved by the submission of their credit card at the time of ordering.  For quicker shipment options, additional fees will apply for Express Mail packages and Priority Mail packages.

Return & Exchange Policy


We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Bare Moxie™. There are times, however, when items may need to be returned.

RETURN  POLICY:

  • Clean, unlaundered items are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt. Items must be post-marked within 10 days of delivery date in order to qualify for a refund. 

  • Customers who have participated within a "Virtual Fit" are eligible for a full refund, in the same manner of which they executed payment. 

  • "Virtual Fit Fee" of $25 is NONREFUNDABLE 

  • Customers who have opted to shop independently, without a "Virtual Fitting", are eligible for a refund in the form of in-store credit only.

  • All items to be returned must have original hang tags attached and must be in unworn, unwashed, sale-able condition. Due to health reasons, returns will not be accepted if the product is washed, has been worn or is missing the original hang tags.

  • All sales are final on Clearance items and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Molded Cup bras should not be turned inside out.  All molded cup bras must be stored right-side out.  Bras that have been inverted or dented will not be accepted for return or exchange.  Please stuff cups with tissue paper to protect them during shipment.

  • Virtual Fitting Fee is non-refundable.

  • Please be careful to avoid deodorant stains and leakage stains as we cannot accept returns on stained items.

  • Please be careful to avoid handling the garments around items with strong smells e.g. cigarette smoke, kitchen areas while cooking, while wearing perfume, etc. Items returned that have been exposed to these smells are not resalable and will not be accepted for return.

  • NOTE: For hygienic reasons, Masks/Undergarments/Panties/Shapewear/Swimwear/Garters (excluding bras) are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be sure to order the correct size as they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Please note that it is our recommendation that all bras are be hand washed and air dried. We cannot be responsible for damage to bras that have been machine washed/dried when instructed otherwise.

  • Please include a photocopy of your original receipt or packing slip with returns. Without the receipt copy, a store credit will be issued.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid (less any applicable fees or discounts). For Gift orders, please specify if you would like the refund to be sent to the original form of payment or issued as a store credit instead.

  • Gift Certificates cannot be returned or refunded. If you return an item that you purchased with a gift certificate, a store credit will be issued for you to use at a later time.

  • Items that do not meet the requirements for a return will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense.

  • Items that are "free with purchase" must be returned unopened if the "purchased" item is returned. If they are not, you will be charged the full retail price for them.

  • NOTE: Due to bank processing time, it may take up to two billing cycles for your return to appear on your statement.

  • Returns are processed within 2 weeks of receipt at our IL-based facility. You will receive an email with your return information once it has been processed.

  • If you need to return an item, please ship the item to the address above using USPS. You are responsible for your package until it arrives here, so we encourage you to insure it and use delivery tracking. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us by phone 331-248-0772 or e-mail (returns@baremoxie.com). If you would like to send your return using UPS or FedEx, please contact us for our physical mailing address.

  • If you need to return an item, please fill out the return paperwork that came with your order and ship it to us at the address above. If you need additional assistance or if you need another copy of the return form, please contact us by phone 331-248-0772 or e-mail.

Sales Tax:
Orders shipped to addresses within the State of ILLINOIS will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

Order Confirmation:
After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number.

Shipping Guidelines:
All in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days from our Geneva, IL facility if placed Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed on a weekend or postal holiday will be processed the following business day. **NOTE: during holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas, 4th of July) shipping may be delayed if our boutique is closed. A message will be sent indicating the expected ship date if this is the case. If an item is not in stock an e-mail will be sent with the anticipated ship date. If an alternate color is available, an e-mail will be sent offering the client the choice of immediate shipping on the alternate color or waiting for the back ordered item in the original color. Bare Moxie™ reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to back orders or the unavailability of an item.
