- Clean, unlaundered items are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt. Items must be post-marked within 10 days of delivery date in order to qualify for a refund.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Any items eligible for return must have original manufacturer tags & hang tags attached and must be in unworn, unwashed, saleable condition. Due to health reasons, returns will not be accepted if the product has been washed, has been worn or is missing the original tags.

Bare Moxie™ provides FREE shipping for domestic ground/economy shipments of purchases greater than $100. If your purchase is under the $100 minimum, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost approved by the submission of their credit card at the time of ordering. For quicker shipment options, additional fees will apply for Express Mail packages and Priority Mail packages.
Online sales are processed in the order received. Items currently housed in our Illinois Facility will ship next-day, those which need to be transported from our independent vendors may take 14-21 days for arrival.
